The Main Conditions

1. At least 100 qualified inbound leads per month must be routed through the purchased channels.
2. Those channels must remain connected throughout the full 30-day period.
3. We have a 30-day tuning window to adjust the AI Agent, with the necessary access provided.
4. The baseline is your team's appointment bookings from the preceding 30 days on the same channels. If no baseline exists, a 7-day lead-response audit is used before installation.
5. If the system does not exceed the applicable baseline by the end of the first 30 days, the installation fee is refunded under the full guarantee terms. Hosting charges for days used remain payable.

Standard Messages, Phone, and Messages + Phone systems are designed for installation in seven days, including the outbound follow-up and booking features included in your purchased package.
